Terina Moke - Chief Executive Officer

Terina oversees all of Raukura's operations including implementation of the board's key strategic objectives for the organisation.

Terina comes from a whaanau of hauora professionals and began working in Hauora Maaori nearly 20 years ago.

Terina’s last CE role was in a non-Maaori organisation; she was the acting chief executive of the Royal NZ College of General Practitioners (2018-2019) and led the rebuilding and refocusing of the organisation.  Prior to that she was the CE of Te Ohu Rata o Aotearoa (Te ORA) – Maaori Medical Practitioners Association for four years.

Terina has worked for a range of organisations such as Te Puni Kookiri (Poneke), Whakatohea Iwi Social & Health Services (Opotiki), and the Alcohol Advisory Council of New Zealand (Poneke). 

Terina is a mother of two adult sons, Josh and Kahura. She enjoys keeping active, particularly waka ama, the gym, F45 and boxing.  She regularly returns to Kaawhia where her father lives. 

Maxine Moana-Tuwhangai - Chief Financial Officer

Maxine oversees oversees the finance and financial management and reporting of the Trust.

Grant Reihana - Service Manager

Grant oversees the management of the following portfolios and respective contracts for portfolios: AOD addictions & gambling community services, public health and promotions and Mokopuna Ora in Tamaki.

Tapina Taniora - Service Manager for Waikato Community Services and Acting Clinical Services Manager

Tapina oversees the management of all community health and health promotions contracts for the Waikato region.

Tapina also oversees all clinical services in the Waikato region including primary care, nursing services and oral health services.

Kerry Hiini - Contracts Manager

Kerry oversees the management of contracts made with funders and stakeholders throughout the Tamaki and Waikato regions.

Carol Nathan - HR Manager
