Te Rangihaeata - Iwi Support Service
Te Rangihaeata is a dedicated team of iwi support workers who assist whaanau experiencing mild to moderate mental illness. Together we work in partnership to achieve:

linkage into support groups to assist with placement into courses
Our iwi support workers can meet in your home or wherever you feel most comfortable.
Te Rangihaeata operates in the wider South Auckland area inclusive of Pakuranga to Port Waikato.
Eligibility

Any ethnic background
-
Aged 17 years and over
-
Diagnosed with an axis 1 or 2 mental health illness

Currently receiving clinical treatment from another mental health service
Referral
Any Community Mental Health Clinic within South Auckland.

- Any community mental health clinic within South Auckland
