Tamariki Ora Team consists of nurses and Community Health Workers who provide comprehensive care and support for tamariki and whaanau in the Waikato area. We provide a caring, professional Well Child and Whaanau Ora service.
We are committed to providing services to our registered tamariki between the ages of 0-5 years by offering the following:
- Well Child Checks
- Advocacy, support and linkage with other health and social services
- Information advice and assistance with;
- Dental education
- Nutrition
- Child Safety
- Pepi Pod
Referral Criteria
We accept referrals from the following groups;
- Self referral
- Whaanau referrals
- Other Well Child providers
- General Practitioners (GP)
- Marae based groups
- CMDHB
- Iwi Organisations
- Community Agencies

The cost of accessing this service is FREE and completely confidential.
