Our Health Promotion Whanau Care team provide a range of FREE programmes around healthy lifestyles and wellbeing while focusing on 5 main health priorty areas:

  • Alcohol free
  • Health determinants
  • Physical activity
  • Nutrition

Healthy Eating on a Budget:

  • Learn how to make health food choices
  • Meal planning and preparation
  • Effective budgeting
  • Healthy food preparation
  • Supporting health conditions

 

Physical Activities:

  • Crossfit Programme
  • Individual exercise session

 

Community Champions:

  • Provide mentoring and support covering health priority areas to reach personal goals

 

Health Events:

  • Supporting community groups which promotes health lifestyles and wellbeing.

 

We also offer programmes at Manurewa Marae.
